As an Industrial Engineer with more than 35 years consulting, operational and management experience Alex has worked across many areas including Information Technology, Mobile/Multimedia, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Engineering (Discrete & Process), Mining, Hospitality and Financial Services. His career path has taken him from operational to executive and entrepreneurial roles in Operations and Project Management, Consulting, IT Outsourcing/Managed Services, commercial contracting and Industrial Engineering.
Ian Huntly

With over 45 years in Telecommunications and Electronic Engineering design, quality, planning and operations management, sales and marketing Ian’s specialty lies in niche marketing and sales strategy especially within the high-tech sector and the heavy process manufacturing industries. His key strengths are in analyzing and finding the key logs to getting these businesses to flow again through identifying
and solving root causes while driving an entrepreneurial culture.
Ian has worked directly in large international thought leaders such as Siemens, Hewlett Packard and Aspentech, provided surrogate CxO services, and currently holds CxO positions in several companies in the specialist consulting, software sales, distribution and implementation, financial investment, NGO organisations effecting positive change across many sectors of society.
Services have been delivered to Tier 1 companies such as BMW, Fiat Chrysler, VW in automotive, Anglo American Platinum, Arcelor Mittal, Exxaro, Lonmin, BHP Billiton, Glencore, Samancor in mining, Plessey, STC, Telkom in telecommunications, BP, Natref, Shell, Sasol in oil & gas and petrochemical to name a few sectors as well as a range of companies in the mid-market sector.
Reginald Shaver
Founder and Director
Reginald has more than 17 years of experience in M&A, capital raising and structuring and corporate investments experience. Uniquely, Reginald pioneered the idea for GE to set-up a $25 million Africa SME fund to invest in the GE Africa supply chain, as well as being responsible for using the GE balance sheet and 3rd party funds to invest into infrastructure projects across sub-Sahara Africa as well as arranging trade, structured & project financings in support of GE’s Africa-related projects. He also worked for Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital, respectively.
He holds an MBA, Master’s Degree, and other impressive qualifications from many of the top universities including Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, The Johns Hopkins University and Morehouse College. Reginald also completed Harvard Business School’s Management Development Program for early- and mid-career professionals (Charlotte, NC, USA).
